    Rosedale Winter Walk

    Come explore with Dr. Larry Mellichamp, retired Professor of Botany and Horticulture from UNC Charlotte, the gardens at Historic Rosedale. Learn about plants that provide interest in the landscape during the cold months of winter. You will observe how barks, shapes of trees, berries, evergreen textures and so much more can keep your garden interesting throughout the year.

    Reservations $45 for individuals or $80 for a pair

    Parking:

    From 74 East/Independence Blvd. : Take I-277 North/Brookshire Frwy/NC-16 North Take exit #3B towards Brevard St/Tryon St/Davidson St (NC-49) Continue on E 12TH St. Turn R on N Tryon St. From I-85: Take Exit #41 (Sugar Creek Road) Go East. At the intersection to North Tryon Street turn right. Historic Rosedale is 1 mile on your right.
