Charlotte St. Patrick's Day Parade Foundation
The St. Patrick’s Day Parade grows in size each year as more participants become part of an annual tradition. Charlotte’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade is a community wide combination of traditional bagpipe bands, floats, various organizations and Irish dancers marching with recreation-center drill teams and neighborhood associations.
The St. Patrick’s Day Parade is a non-profit event, open to the public. The Parade is open to neighborhood associations, schools, alumni groups, cheerleading and drill teams, international organizations, police, fire, elected officials, commercial businesses, and anyone else who wants to be Irish for a day.
