Mint Hill Historical Society
The Mint Hill Historical Society is dedicated to the preservation of rural history around the 1900s. The Carl J. McEwen Historic Village is home to the Mint Hill Country Doctor's Museum, Ira V. Ferguson Country Store and Ashcraft Schoolhouse. Other restoration projects in the sights of the Society include the log built Beaver Barn and the Surface Hill Gold Assay office.
