Marion Diehl Recreation Center
The Marion Diehl Recreation Center opened its doors to the citizens of Charlotte in 1980. It is named in honor of Mr. F. Marion Diehl who served as the Director of Charlotte Parks and recreation Department for many years. The center provides year round recreational programs for persons with or without disabilities.
This center is situated on 82 acres of land and includes a multi-purpose room, kitchen area, paved walking trail, outdoor playground, fitness center, and a full size gymnasium. It also features a 25-meter by 6-lane warm pool and rooms. We offer a variety of programs and classes including specialized instruction for adults and children with physical disabilities!
