Join lead Expand Movement Instructor, Lisa First, in this hour-long, low-impact, virtual dance class! Utilizing Laban Efforts of movement and Alexander Technique-informed instruction, explore different elements of dance, creative practices, and movement modalities in this fun, FREE, and community-oriented dance class.
Dance to live drumming, meet other movers, and start your Thursday Mornings off with some movement and groove-ment!
This class is open to all levels, ages teen through senior, for dancers with and without disabilities.
Thursdays, 10am-11am, ZOOM.
