Join Clayworks for a hands-on clay workshop. We will bring the clay, tools and project lesson plan to the center to lead the group in a 1.5 hour long muddy fun workshop. This workshop is intented for Families (ages 5+) and All ages.
Each month, we will explore a project that focuses on a technique, an upcoming holiday or a short study of a cercamic artits. This is a beginner level class where through project making, one will learn basic handbuilding techniques. Projects will travel back to Clayworks to undergo their two-step firing process before being returned to center for pickup. Registration for the workshop is required --any may be done through the Library website, or by calling the center. Space fills up quickly, so reserve your spot early.
